Kelp noodles? What the heck are those? First off, they are SUPER healthy, low carb AND tasty! And they're a great replacement for lots of dishes and for a heartier dish you can toss in some broccoli, leftover protein, mushrooms or anything else you have laying around in your fridge!
Most groceries stores like Whole Foods will carry these noodles in the Asian foods section of the store and you can always buy a bunch on Amazon.
Ingredients: (**we doubled the recipe to make it extra saucey!)
- 1/4 creamy almond butter
- 1 package kelp noodles
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 2-3 tsp of ume plum vinegar
- 3 drops of stevia
