GoGo's Perfect Salad

I’m not kidding when I say that this salad is a staple in our household almost every night. My mom has spent years perfecting what is truly the most divine salad. The best part about this salad, is it’s spicy garlic finish and the fact that it’s super simple in terms of ingredients and the fact that you can whip this up in five minutes.

My two-year old son Leo even demands for this salad by name - “I want more GoGo’s salad!”. It’s a great way to start any meal.
